This Cookie Policy explains how AwayOps Ltd ("we", "our", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website (https://awayops.com) or use the AwayOps platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use the product. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and device fingerprinting.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use

| Technology | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Internal analytics | Aggregate page-view and feature-usage counts for product improvement. | 12 months |
2.4 Advertising & Tracking Cookies
We do not use any third-party advertising or tracking cookies. AwayOps does not display advertisements and does not sell or share your data with advertising networks.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Certain third-party services embedded in the platform may set their own cookies:
- Google Fonts — may set cookies for font delivery. No personal data is retained.
- Payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) — sets session cookies during the checkout flow only. Their privacy policy governs those cookies.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — used only by the mobile app to deliver push notifications. No cookies are set on the web platform.
4. Managing & Disabling Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:
- View and delete existing cookies.
- Block all cookies or cookies from specific sites.
- Set alerts when a new cookie is placed.
Please be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the AwayOps platform.
Browser-specific guides: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. AwayOps does not currently respond to DNT signals because there is no industry standard for how to honour them. We do not track you across third-party websites regardless of your DNT setting.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you via email or in-app notification.
