How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive an OTP code to verify your identity, then you can set a new password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
All new workspaces get 14 days of full access — no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can subscribe to a paid plan. If you don't subscribe, your workspace is suspended and data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
Can I export my data before cancelling?
Yes. You can export leave reports from the dashboard at any time. If you need a full data export, email us at awayops.solution@@gmail.com before cancelling and we will prepare your export within 5 business days.
Where can I download the employee mobile app?
The AwayOps Employee app is available on Google Play. Search for "AwayOps" or ask your HR admin — they can share a direct QR code from the dashboard.
How do I add my company's employees?
From the dashboard, go to Employees → Add Employee. You can add employees one by one or import them in bulk via CSV. Each employee receives an email invitation with login credentials for the mobile app.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We use role-based access control, automated backups, and regular security reviews. See our Security page for more details.
